2001 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe*

415 HP 3.6L 24V FI Flat 6 Mezger Turbo Engine

6-Speed Manual Transmission, AWD

VIN: WP0AB29981S686449

88,206 Miles

“Porsche 911 Turbo: The Newest King of the Road: Good looks and a personality to boot.” - Autoweek, Dec 17, 2000

“The new, fifth-generation 911 Turbo is not only the fastest-ever street-legal 911, it's also the most refined. Spooling up to 125 miles an hour—on the German autobahn, of course—is utterly effortless in this all-wheel-drive sports car. And the urge to push the needle deeper, to tap into its extraordinary acceleration, is very difficult to resist. … Subjectively, this 911 feels closer in character to a big-capacity motorbike than a civilized supercar that weighs 3400 pounds”.
- Car and Driver magazine

Seal Gray Metallic with a Graphite Gray interior, this 996 Turbo is well equipped. Options: seat heating and memory, Becker Porsche CDR-220 CD-radio and CD compartment. It will accelerate from 0 – 62 mph (100 km/hr.) in 4.2 sec., with a top speed of 189 mph.

Addition/improvements: welding of the Mezger engine coolant pipes (required for track days), a GT2 clutch, pressure plate and fork, new clutch master & slave cylinders with power delete; new spark plugs, oil & filter, coolant and transmission fluid replacement, and a new coolant reservoir. The above work was done by the current owner, with parts receipts included. The previous owner installed a Rennkit™ eRam Kit™ all electric rear spoiler actuation system, and provided records and receipts from 2018, included. Tires are Falken Azenis RT660 (track ready, DOT approved/street legal), 235/40 18 front, 315/30 18 rear, March, 2022, on unmarked wheels.

Disclosures: 1. The car has participated in two days of Porsche Club HPDE events, at Waterford Hills Road Racing in Clarkston, MI, with no incidents. 2. Carfax reported “minor to moderate damage” incurred 8/28/15 (two owners ago), with no collision,  airbag deployment, no structural damage reported to Carfax. Here’s what happened: the night the previous owner bought it, he was driving it home in a downpour of rain, and couldn’t see that he was following a truck that was spewing gravel – until the next morning when he saw that his new (to him) car had sustained gravel/rock chips all over the car. As a result, it received a proper full glass out repaint at Stony Creek Collision in Ypsilanti, MI (the then “go to” body shop for area Porsche owners), replacing the headlights as well. It has looked great ever since, and still does.

The original spare, jack & tool roll, all books are included, as is an extra set of wheels with winter tires. It has a clear Michigan title.

1967 Jaguar 420*

245 HP 4.2L Inline DOHC Six Engine

Three Speed Automatic Transmission

Serial No. P1F26137BW

50,878 Miles

The Jaguar 420 (pronounced "four-twenty") and its Daimler was introduced at the October 1966 London Motor Show and produced for two years as the ultimate expression of a series of "compact sporting saloons" offered by Jaguar.

According to ProfessCars™ estimation, this Jaguar is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 9.8 sec, from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.3 sec, from 0 to 160 km/h (100 mph) in 25.9 sec, from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 75.1 sec and the quarter mile drag time is 17.2 sec. More importantly perhaps, it cruises effortlessly on the highway at 75 mph, quietly and comfortably, tracking straight and true.

Owned since June, 2007, this 420 is equipped with power steering and brakes, AM/FM/SW radio, and the rare optional factory air conditioning (converted to R134a, recently recharged and blowing cold, 470F at output.). In 2009 it received a thorough freshening  of the driveline, suspension, brake and other functions, with new parts totaling $2,900 (not including labor). In 2018, the complete brake system was serviced by Muncie Imports & Classics, Inc. in Muncie, IN, replacing the  master cylinder, hoses, pads, and fluid (DOT 4). A Pertronix Ignition kit with coil, and a modern spin-on oil filter have been added. During its 17 years of current ownership, it has been driven regularly and treated to proper maintenance and everything it has needed. Other than the above mentioned items, the car is believed to be original. Tires are five Vredestein Sprint Classics, 185 HR15 91H, from Nov. 2018, still in excellent condition, on the original wire wheels.

Included: All parts and service records and receipts since 2001; original spare wheel (with modern tire), jack, tool kit, owner’s manual, service manual (both car and air conditioning system), Lucas parts manual, diagrams, many magazines and articles. The two bins of spares that come with the car include  two new front grilles, a new steering wheel & center bezel, two additional radios, three clocks (all work!), and more.

This car is believed to be only one of 9,615 made, and one of only 976 for the U.S. market. Disclosures: There is a dent in the passenger side front fender, on its top, near the headlight, and a split in the front seat cushion bolster leather. The driver side/left (only) directional signal is not working, but is planned to be fixed. Everything else works as it should.

This car and its owner have participated in  JCNA (Jaguar Clubs of North America, e.g.,  in their Concours d’Elegance Champion Division, earning a net score of 94.33/100.0, First in Class C-9, and Jaguar Affiliates Group (JAG) of Michigan events. In summary, this is a fine old classic Jaguar 420 sedan/saloon, impressive for its years, unexpectedly reliable and fit for driving, showing and enjoying.

1965 FORD MUSTANG SHELBY GT 350 TRIBUTE CAR
VIN/Serial Number:  5F09T17700
263 MILES TMU

This vehicle started life as a 1965 Ford Mustang fastback with a Pony interior. At approximately the same time this car was built, on the west coast, former LeMans winning driver Carroll Shelby with the help of Ford Motor Company was converting a limited number of fastbacks into Shelby GT 350s. These were very successful race cars and developed a cult following for street drivers and collectors both then and now. As a result some owners of Mustang fastbacks chose to convert their cars into copies of Shelby GT 350s. The car offered here is one of those – a Shelby Mustang GT 350 Tribute purchased by the current owner in August, 2022 from a private client in Belleville, MI who sold the car after her husband died.

The exterior of the car offered here is an excellent copy of the GT 350. $10,000 was paid to paint the correct shade of Wimbledon White accompanied by broad Guardsman Blue dual racing stripes across the middle of the hood, roof and deck lid (America’s racing colors back in the day). A GT 350 hood, complete with hood scoop and hood lock pins covers the engine compartment plus Magnum 500 15”x 7” styled steel wheels. The brakes are power disc; the steering is manual.

This is an older complete restoration and modification. NOTE: 13 PAGES OF HAND WRITTEN NOTES DETAILING ALL ASPECTS OF THE MODIFICATIONS AND UPGRADES ARE INCLUDED.

The original motor has been replaced with a modified 302 cu in Ford engine with a 30 overbore resulting in 308 cu in. Other modifications include Keith Black pistons, an Edelbrock top end kit, Hooker headers, Holley carburetor and an MSD ignition and control box. The result is a car that is fast and loud. The transmission is a crate C4 automatic. Rear end is equipped with a 3:55 gear. The front end has new springs and shock tower plus Shelby GT 350 traction bars. The front brakes are dual caliper.

.The car is in good condition but needs some attention in certain areas. The, oil pressure gauge does not work, the speedometer registers 5 mph more than the actual speed, the directional signals do not self-cancel and the aftermarket air conditioning blows cool, but not cold . Some squeaks and rattles were noticed when driven. Mileage reads 263 (TMU).

“The Porsche 718 Boxster’s sublime driving dynamics, punchy turbocharged flat-four engines, and classic styling make it one heck of a sports car—one that we regularly add to our annual 10Best Cars list. It’s certainly a head turner—that is, if you can slow down long enough to give passersby a chance to gawk. 2016 FERRARI CALIFORNIA T
VIN: ZFF77XJA9G0219383
6,292 MILES

Presented here is a virtually new 2016 Ferrari California T hardtop convertible driven a total of only 6,292 miles. Finished in Corsa Red with a black leather interior complemented by deviated red stitching, this is a real eye catcher. This Ferrari California is powered by a 32 valve 3.9 liter turbocharged, direct injection V8 engine producing 550 horsepower. It is connected to a dual clutch 7-speed sequential automatic gearbox and rear wheel drive. The car will accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds, and has a top speed of 196 mph. Standard equipment includes touch screen navigation, Bluetooth, carbon ceramic antilock brakes, stability and traction control, retractable hardtop, pop up rear roll bars, dual zone climate control, Xenon headlamps and much more.

The original manufacturer’s suggested retail price for this car was $272,855. In addition to the standard equipment listed above, the car is equipped with $70,132 in options. Key among them is the highly desirable Handling Speciale suspension package, which increases cornering limits with no deterioration of ride quality. Other significant options include red brake calipers, carbon fiber interior pieces, red seat belts, Daytona style seats, 20” wheels, plus front and rear parking cameras.

This is a two owner car. The current owner purchased the vehicle in December, 2018 from a  dealer in Glen Ellyn, IL, and has driven it only 1,750 miles in five years. The vehicle has a clean Carfax with no accidents or damage reported. The tires show virtually no wear. The car drives and performs like a dream. The ride is excellent with no squeaks or rattles and it accelerates and corners like a Ferrari should. The exhaust sound is perfect – it purrs like a kitten and roars like a lion. Perhaps best of all, the hardtop roof retracts, converting the car into an open air convertible.

With a 306-hp turbocharged four-cylinder and a six-speed manual transmission feeding the front wheels, the Type R is not only the quickest Honda Civic, it's one of the quickest sport compacts. …The Honda's immense grip was exhibited on our skidpad, where it pulled 1.02 g's—an impressive feat for any car, let alone one with front-wheel drive. …The Type R set the bar even higher with its astonishing emergency-braking distance (70 mph to zero) of 142 feet, which equals that of the $200,000 Acura NSX supercar we tested….the 2021 Civic Type R ranks among the most entertaining cars to drive right now and an Editors' Choice winner.” – Car and Driver magazine.

This one owner Type R is finished in Sonic Gray Pearl with a black interior and red accents. The car is outfitted with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment screen infotainment system with navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Sirius XM radio and 12 speakers. You may see its many features on the window sticker in the photo gallery.

It comes with two sets of wheels and three sets of tires. The original 20 in. BBS wheels and super-sticky maximum-performance 245/30 ZR20 Continental tires are virtually new, having been taken off at ~1k miles. The third set of tires are 245/35 ZR18 Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 Plus ultra high performance all seasons. All the tires have 2021 date codes.
